White signifies innocence, as that of a beginning student, who has no previous knowledge of Tae Kwon-Do.


Movement: Sajeo Jirugi: Four Directional Block and Punch.

The movement consists of 15 for the first part and another 15 for the second.

This is not a pattern, but an introduction to help develop co-ordination and control.
